When you purchase a piece of jewelry from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive an Internet Protocol (IP) with your computer's address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system to facilitate your browsing.
If you give us permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other BDM Studio news.
No personal information is collected without your knowledge.

Otherwise, your information is intended solely for the services of BDM Studio.
SECTION 4 - ACCOMMODATION: SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our jewelry.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a secure firewall.
Payment :
When you choose Braintree - our direct payment gateway to make your purchase - it stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data will be stored for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once these operations are completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Our direct payment gateway meets the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS Requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store.

SECTION 6 - SAFETY
BDM Studio does not have access to your banking information at any time.
When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply standards recognized as the most secure.
