When you buy an item of jewellery from our store, we collect the personal information you provide as part of the purchasing process, including your name, address and email.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive an Internet Protocol (IP) with the address of your computer; this provides us with information that helps us to learn more about your browser and operating system and enhance your browsing experience.
We may send you emails about our store, new products and other BDM Studio news if you authorise this.
No personal information is collected without your knowledge.
No personal information is passed on to third parties.
No personal information is used for unauthorised purposes.

Otherwise, your information will be used exclusively by BDM Studio services.
SECTION 4 – HOSTING: SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform for us to sell our jewellery.
Your data is stored using Shopify data storage, databases and the general Spotify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a secure firewall
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT
When you choose the Stripe direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, this gateway will store your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data will be stored for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Such information will be deleted once these operations have been completed.
Our direct payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI - DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI - DSS requirements help ensure that our store handles your credit card information securely.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
At no time does BDM Studio have access to customers’ banking information.
The credit card information you provide is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI - DSS requirements and apply standards recognised as being the most secure.
