Jewellery must be returned in perfect condition if a return or exchange is required and must also be in its original packaging.
Only items purchased from our bdm-bijoux-boutique.com shop may be refunded or exchanged.
BDM Studio will not refund or exchange any of its jewellery purchased from other distributors.

Once your return has been received and validated, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the reimbursement of your jewelry within a maximum of 8 days.
Your refund will then be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 4 days.
We will replace the jewellery if the size does not suit you or if it is defective or damaged.

Once your return has been received and validated, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned jewellery.
Once the exchange is approved, we will send you a new piece of jewelry as soon as possible depending on its availability (usually within two days).
Only full-price items may be refunded. Reduced or sale-price items will not be refunded.
