Returns and exchanges

You have a period of 20 days from the date of purchase to return the items to us.

Jewellery must be returned in perfect condition if a return or exchange is required and must also be in its original packaging.

Only items purchased from our bdm-bijoux-boutique.com shop may be refunded or exchanged.
BDM Studio will not refund or exchange any of its jewellery purchased from other distributors.

REFUND

To get your money back, it's very simple, just send your jewelry to:

Thank you to indicate your Name, First name, address, email and order number so that we can find you.
Once your return has been received and validated, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the reimbursement of your jewelry within a maximum of 8 days.
Your refund will then be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 4 days.

EXCHANGE

We will replace the jewellery if the size does not suit you or if it is defective or damaged.
To exchange a piece of jewellery, it's very simple, just send your item back to:

Once your return has been received and validated, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned jewellery.
Once the exchange is approved, we will send you a new piece of jewelry as soon as possible depending on its availability (usually within two days).

SALE ITEMS

Only full-price items may be refunded. Reduced or sale-price items will not be refunded.

POSTAGE (for returns, exchanges and refunds) AND LIABILITY

Customers are liable for postage costs when returning an item for return, exchange or refund. Postage costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.if you received free shipping.

We recommend the use of a traceable dispatch service (parcel or letter tracking) that provides proof of postage.
BDM Studio will not be held liable for any theft, loss or damage that occurs during transport.
